The Bad
SafeStreets USA offers their first-time customers a minimum 36-month contract. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service for any reason, they will need to pay 75% of the total amount upfront as a cancellation fee, along with the return of all security equipment installed on the property.
Compared to an industry average of a 12-month contract and a 20% cancellation fee, SafeStreetsUSA is far more expensive.
There are also some ambiguities on certain service costs e.g. the company does not clearly mention what they charge on moving and re-installing their equipment to a new property.
