The Good

As an authorized ADT dealer, customers can expect high-quality products and 24/7 monitoring facilities. The higher management has over 30 years of combined experience and the owner, Mr. Roland Gabor, is an industry veteran. Blue Light Security is priced lower than the industry average, which is an attraction for first-time customers. On top of the lower fees, they offer free property appraisals and recommend a system that suits the needs of each customer.

The company is also TRUSTe certified which means that their technology complies with government laws and is operated using best practices.Furthermore, they give special deals on services purchased over the Internet and discounts are offered to residents of Riverside, Los Angeles, Sacramento and San Diego.

Also, customers of Blue Light Security Inc. retain 100% ownership of the equipment regardless of the package they purchase.

The Bad

While they provide special discounts and are priced below the industry average, the company requires a minimum 24-month contract obligation. This is in line with industry standards but might put-off some new customers who are usually skeptical of trying a different service provider.
